When do my generation credits renew?

Your generation credit is renewed every month. Any unused credit will not be rolled over to the next month. 

For example, if you have a Pro subscription, you will receive 5 hours of generation credit each month. If you only use 4 hours in one month, the 1 remaining hour of generation credit will not be added to the next month, and your credits will be renewed with 5 hours.

What date are my credits renewed?

The monthly date when your credit is renewed is dependent on the date that you started your subscription. E.g., If you started your subscription with us on January 1st, your generation credit will be renewed on the 1st of every month. 

What if I am on an annual subscription plan?

The date that you signed up for your annual subscription will be the monthly date that your credits will be renewed. E.g., If you started your subscription with us on January 1st, your generation credit will be renewed on the 1st of every month. 

Where can I find the date I signed up?

If you can't remember - it's super easy to find out! Just head to Genny, and then in your workspace, click on the subscription tab, and you will see the date under your current plan.
