Some of the most common reasons why you (the team owner) cannot add someone to your team are:
1. You are not on an eligible subscription plan.
Only Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise customers can invite people to join their team. You will need to upgrade your plan if you are on our Free or Basic (or on a free 14-day Pro account trial).
2. The invite link has expired.
When you send an invite email asking someone to join your team, the invite link is only valid for 14 days. If it has been longer than 14 days, resend the invite request to generate a new active link.
